💫CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE & REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING an actual braid appt for all NEW clients, ALL clients that we haven’t serviced in the past 90 days & ALL Challenging heads

Please book virtual or in person consultation online - however if we can’t determine if your hair is challenging from a virtual consultation an in persons consultation will be needed

• *If your hair is short, long, thick, damaged,thin, thin edge or challenging in anyway an “in person consultation” (where we can see ALL of the clients actual hair) is REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING because deposits are nonrefundable.

• All appointments require a “NONREFUNDABLE” deposit, in which the remaining balance is due at the appointment.

• We service young ladies ages 13 & up IF they sit well - if they DO NOT SIT WELL THEIR APPT CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANYTIME DURING THE SERVICE & WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Late fee charges $20 per every 10 minutes. Clients later than 15 minutes can be resulted in a cancelled appointment which will be charged 50%.If you are running late please give us a courtesy call - which will determine if we will still be able to take you at your appointed time
• NO SHOW APPTS WILL BE CHARGED 100%.
• APPTS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 hrs WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE
• Clients CAN NOT reschedule within 3 days of your original appts (consider the appt canceled if so) ~ contact us via call/text to reschedule 240-906-7383 -
• If you choose the wrong date & want to change it - immediately contact us - that is considered your “One time” reschedule option
• WE ALLOW ANY BRAID REPAIR WITHIN THE 1st 7 days of the clients appt…. AFTER day 7 there will be a touch-up fee (no exceptions)
• Payments (balance accepted *Clients Card on File, Cash App and Apple Pay
• For all styles that “HAIR IS INCLUDED” - if the client does not text the color when they make (schedule) their appt or up to 2 days before their appointment date - their option will only be (BLACK)…. So it is very important to text your desired hair color immediately…. Colors can NOT be changed less than 24 hours of an appt.

***If you have been exposed to, have any symptoms of Covid-19 and/or sick we ask that you contact us to make changes for your appointment immediately. You will be allowed to reschedule 7 days after your initial appt and within 30 days of your initial appt - Upon Arrival for your new appointment a negative “PCR” covid test result will be required***
