ALL New clients and existing clients inactive for 90+ days must complete a quick complimentary consultation BEfORE booking a braid appointment, available virtually or in-person. (Please Book Online)

Appointments require a non-refundable - non-transferable deposit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival

A late fee of $20 will be applied for every 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If proper notice is not provided (courtesy call) the appointment may be subject to cancellation.
Appointments cancelled less than 25 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance, with no exceptions.

Please note that a $40 upcharge applies to “ALL” Sunday appointments

Please text us your desired braid color(s) after booking - For ALL Styles that hair is provided. If not received 25 hours prior, color #1 will be provided.

We service ages 13 & Up

All Clients must wear a MASK while being serviced (Mandatory)

No EXTR People/No Exception

Clients CAN NOT reschedule within 3 days of your original appts (consider the appt canceled if so) ~ contact us via call/text to reschedule 240-906-7383

To change your appointment date, notify us immediately

We offer complimentary braid repair up to 7 days post-appointment; beyond this timeframe, a touch-up fee is applicable (no exceptions)
